Common Questions

Buying process FAQs

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity varies by coffee and origin. Typically, we work with orders starting from a single full container (approximately 275-320 bags depending on bag size). For smaller quantities, please contact us to discuss available spot lots.

How do I request samples?

Use our sample request form to select the coffees you're interested in. You can choose between green or roasted samples. We'll process your request and ship samples within 3-5 business days.

What payment terms do you offer?

We offer flexible payment terms including advance payment, letters of credit, and Net 30/60/90 for established customers. Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon during contract negotiation.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by origin and destination. Typically, transit from origin to US ports takes 4-8 weeks. We provide detailed timeline estimates for each coffee and can expedite shipments when needed.

Do you provide cupping notes and analysis?

Yes! All our coffees come with complete cupping notes, quality scores, and lab analysis including moisture content, water activity, and density measurements. This data is available in each coffee's detail page.

Can I visit the farms or producers?

Absolutely! We organize origin trips for our clients to visit producing regions, meet farmers, and understand the full supply chain. Contact us to learn about upcoming trips or to plan a custom visit.
