Southern Ethiopia's fruit-forward region. Home of ARDI—our flagship natural process trademark with 16 years of consistent quality. Clean strawberry, peach, and sweet finish.
Geography
Guji, Sidama, and Yirgacheffe are geographically intertwined—you can put one foot in Sidama, another in Yirgacheffe and Guji. Some areas are divided only by roads, and the coffee plants are the same.
What differentiates Guji coffee isn't geography alone—it's processing. Our Guji coffees tend toward natural process, creating the fruit-forward profiles that define ARDI.
Flavor
Fruit-forward with clean, defined flavors. The natural process creates the signature ARDI profile we've maintained for 16 years.
ARDI roasts have earned up to 95 points on Coffee Review across a dozen independent evaluations.

Common Questions
Guji is a zone in Ethiopia's Oromia region, south of Yirgacheffe, recognized as a distinct profile since the mid-2000s. Elevations of 1,900–2,300m and heirloom varieties give Guji lots dense sweetness — stone fruit and florals in washed preparations, heavy ripe berry in naturals.
Yirgacheffe leans delicate: tea-like body, citrus, florals. Guji typically cups heavier — more syrupy body and riper fruit — while keeping the floral top notes.
If your customers like fruit-forward Ethiopians with weight, buy Guji.
