NATURAL SIDAMA GR 4 Farm

The Story

17 Years of Partnership

Tasting Note: Approachable berry sweetness, gentle acidity, and a full, rounded body. This Grade 4 Sidama is our versatile workhorse — an authentic Ethiopian natural at an accessible price. Sourced from 500 smallholder farmers, it delivers consistent quality that works equally well as a blend component or an approachable single origin. Don't let the grade number set your expectations — in the cup, it is as good as Grade 2. The farmers practices the same selective harvesting and careful processing you'd expect from a premium lot: cherries are dried naturally on raised beds for 14–17 days, turned and sorted regularly for even drying. The result is a clean, quaker-free, shipped in GrainPro to preserve freshness from origin to your roastery.
